DRC Pull-off tester

The POT Pull-Off Tester instrument is used to determine the bond strength between two different surfaces – materials easily and quickly. The Pull-Off tester test can be carried out on-site without having to engage or prepare any devices before pouring concrete or element construction. The Pull-Off instrument is commonly used to verify the bond strength of plastic, synthetic, textile or other materials that can be positioned over concrete elements. The test consists in placing and glueing a metal plate on the element to be tested. Through the upper aluminium support complete with an extraction system connected to a load cell, the plate is “torn” from the underlying support. The bond strength is shown on the digital display included with the instrument. The Peak value is stored.
